Just friends.

At first it was so hard to keep up with you, so complex and loud; so energetic and careless. After a while it all became so comfortable. I don't know if I got faster, or you slowed down but without realizing it we naturally started to make each other happy. We created our own language and our own rules. Nobody but us knew how great it was to be together. We gave each other life through laughter. We knew exactly what our gestures meant, and we had the gift of comfortable silence. Our greatest price was the promise of a future adventure, because true or not, the pure joy of knowing it possible was enough. It was like we'd known each other forever.

But we made a mistake, the only, the biggest and the last one.... To forget, to confuse and to lose track of what we really where... just FRIENDS.
